Lead the charge. Drive the success of USAAs executive leadership and high-potential employees through strategic talent management. Shape the future of leadership at USAA by designing and executing comprehensive talent programs such as onboarding, succession planning, and executive talent reviews. This critical leadership role demands strategic thinking, exceptional partnership capabilities, and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. You will need deep expertise and a proven history of developing talent solutions for executive talent. You will also be responsible for succession planning initiatives to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders. You will collaborate closely with your team of Talent Advisors, HR Centers of Excellence, business partners, and executive leadership to seamlessly integrate these programs, attracting, retaining, and developing high-caliber talent at the executive levels within USAA.
We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office four days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations : San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, Chesapeake, VA or Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance is available for this position.

Compensation Range : The salary range for this position is $103,450- $197,730.
