A part of the Texas A&M University Health Science Center, Texas A&M College of Dentistry in Dallas was founded in 1905 and is a nationally recognized center for oral health sciences education, innovative research, specialized patient care, and continuing dental education. What We Want : Leadership and Personnel Management
The Assistant Director of Finance, Academic Operations is a key leadership role with significant supervisory responsibilities. You'll be in charge of the finance staff for the College of Dentistry, which includes hiring, supervising, and evaluating employees. You will also be responsible for ensuring consistency in financial practices across all departments within the college by establishing standardized procedures. A crucial part of this role is fostering a positive work environment and building collaborative relationships with both your staff and other university departments. What You Need to Know
Salary : Starting at $85,000.00 annually, compensation will be commensurate to the selected hire's experience.
Work Schedule / Location : Located in Dallas, Texas, this is an on-site role with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Evening and weekend work may be required.
