Transportation Engineer (Richmond)

Insight Global is seeking a motivated Junior / Entry Level Engineer to join an infrastructure team as a production focused contributor working on project based work. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of relevant experience and is eager to grow both personally and professionally. As part of our team, you'll take ownership of portions of projects, demonstrate resourcefulness, and actively incorporate feedback. Your primary focus will be on CAD work, where attention to detail and ability to shift tasks as needed is crucial. The work is hybrid with onsite days being Monday, Tuesday, Thursday.

• Additional experience in the industry, and a desire to stay in the calculating and detail work side of production
• Microstation experience
• OpenRoads experience
• ABET Accredited Civil Engineering Degree
• 1-4 years of experience in a professional engineering environment
• 1-4 years in the Infrastructure Industry
• Demonstrated experience in design production work
• EIT (Engineering in Training) or Junior / Entry Level engineer (Substantive internships may contribute)
