Sentinel Hydrosolutions LLC is a customer service-based company focused on protecting homes from catastrophic water damage. We strive to provide high quality service and meaningful communication to all our customers. Our company is team oriented and growing rapidly. We are looking for a hardworking person who enjoys a fast-paced but fun environment.

What You'll Do

• Overall support of the sales team by assisting with a variety of jobs such as updating and creating customer files, saving documents and pictures on our server, and sending follow up emails to clients
• Returning messages / taking messages
• Working in a CRM database, navigating computers, emails, servers
• Working in various programs such as CRM, Word, Excel, Office 365, Microsoft Teams

What We're Looking For

Physical Requirements : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and / or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

The pay range for this position is : $20 - $22 per hour. The actual starting salary offered may vary within the posted range depending on multiple factors including geographical location, job-related experience / knowledge, and internal equity.
