Concord Care Center of Toledo responds to the needs of those residents with mental illness, mild to moderate dementia, developmental disabilities, and other behavioral needs. The facility is dedicated in design and services to caring for this specialized segment of the long term care community as well as those seeking short-term rehabilitation. The goal of our specially trained staff is to deliver care and services with patience and innovation, while promoting quality of life for all of our residents. The State Testes Nursing Assistant (STNA) working under the direction of their charge nurse assists in the delivery of care to assigned residents.

Qualifications : Successful completion of State approved Nurse Assistant Training Program and / or successful completion of State written and clinical testing requirements.
