As a part of our expansion into healthcare services, we are looking for a PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) Underwriting Professional to join our insurance department. This critical role involves evaluating and pricing pharmacy benefit management contracts to ensure they meet both client needs and company goals, reflecting our commitment to enhancing health with effective air quality solutions. Analyze and price PBM contracts to determine financial risks and returns. Develop and maintain actuarial models to support pricing decisions. Collaborate with sales and client management teams to integrate underwriting solutions with client needs. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in the underwriting process. Assess the impact of pharmaceutical trends and healthcare reforms on PBM pricing. Provide detailed reports and recommendations to senior management regarding underwriting policies and performance. Stay informed about advances in air quality research and its implications on healthcare costs and strategies.
