About The Position

Full-Spectrum Family Physician Opportunity in Rural Nebraska

Join a team-oriented practice delivering full-spectrum care to the surrounding community. This financially stable health system seeks a Family Medicine physician to treat patients of all ages across outpatient, inpatient, and ER settings. Chat with us today to learn more!

Practice Setting

  • Employed full-time position within a rural health clinic with modern facilities
  • Work alongside 2 full-time and 1 part-time physicians, plus 8 experienced APPs
  • Strong culture of collaboration-providers support each other closely
  • Regularly scheduled specialists rotate through the facility; onsite infusion center and in-suite pharmacy
  • Robust rehabilitation services including PT, OT, and Speech Therapy

Schedule

  • Full-spectrum role including outpatient clinic, low-volume inpatient care, and a 3-bed ER

    • 30-minute ER call response time with strong weekend and after-hours support from APPs and telehealth

    Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package with a guaranteed base salary of $325,000

    • $25,000 sign-on bonus $30,000 retention bonus (years 2-4), and a $10,000 relocation allowance

  • Extensive benefits including 401(k) with match, medical, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage with tail, and a cell phone stipend
  • Generous time off and financial support with 200 vacation hours, 100 sick hours, 6 holidays, and student loan repayment up to $25,000 / year for 10 years
