Compensation :
$60,000 - $150,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities :
- Spend time listening to existing, new, and prospective clients to evaluate their needs and stage-of-life priorities before presenting insurance plan options for their specific circumstances
- Remain updated about insurance industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio
- Collaborate with team members and mentors to leverage expert knowledge, best strategies, and continuously grow
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma mandatoryOpen to embracing the insurance industry and becoming educated about its relevant state and federal regulationsExcellent analytical, interpersonal, and communications skills are necessary; customer service skills are helpfulBilingual is a plusBusiness-minded spiritPrevious sales experience is preferred, but not mandatoryWilling to obtain Life & Health license (sponsorship provided)About Company
