Position Description : Property Maintenance Crew Member

We are a growing, fast-paced property management office located in Farmington Hills, MI seeking a full time Maintenance crew member. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, dependable, self-motivated and highly organized. The applicant will support local managers and employees on daily tasks as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Candidates must be honest, dependable and self-motivated. At least 2 years of experience, a valid drivers license and a high school diploma or GED is required for this position. You must have a reliable form of transportation and the ability to pass a background check. You must be authorized to work anywhere in the US.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES :

\tElectrical work

\tPlumbing

\tMechanical (heating and cooling)

\tGrounds and general maintenance

\tMulching and maintaining flower beds

\tLeaf removal

\tMust know how to operate and maintain lawn equipment (leaf blowers, mowers, weed whacker)

\tMowing, weeding, edging and trimming

\tResponding to emergency requests

\tPerform repair of buildings and equipment

\tAssist with the renovation / remodeling of trailers

\tMaintain record of scheduled services

\tOn call for emergency situations

\tVarious others as deemed necessary

\tAbility to support onsite team with a variety of roles

Requirements and skills :

\tWorking knowledge of office equipment

\tExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

\tAttention to detail and problem-solving skills

\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills

\tStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

$16.00 - $18.00 Hourly
