Stand-Up Reach (Raymond) Forklift Operator

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to handle tasks such as put-aways, loading, picking, and staging within our warehouse. This role involves participating in rack teardowns and other projects as needed. The position requires operating a Raymond stand-up forklift (Pacer) to efficiently manage products and materials.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack, and stage products and materials using a stand-up reach forklift.

Perform case picking from multiple pallets, handling products weighing between 10lbs and 60lbs over an 8-hour shift.

Operate RF systems in a logistics environment.

Comply with specific work instructions and best practices to complete daily work assignments safely and accurately.

Support all operational processes and procedures to ensure value to the customer and compliance with all policies and regulations.

Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation.

Inspect pallets and cases for proper quantities, items, brands, and lot codes.

Communicate problems, concerns, and ideas to management and identify process improvements.

Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.

Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse and conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.

Participate in all assigned training programs and adhere to all guidelines.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in operating a Raymond stand-up forklift (Reach).

Ability to meet medium-level physical exertion requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.

Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork.

Ability to follow oral and / or written instructions.

Open to cross-training for case picking.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in a warehouse distribution center.

Strong communication skills to convey problems, concerns, and ideas to management.

Ability to identify and implement process improvements.

Work Environment

This position is based in a warehouse distribution center, where you will work with various technologies and equipment to ensure efficient operations. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Riverside, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 / hr.
