We are seeking skilled Assemblers to join our team in constructing level and pressure devices. This role involves working at a station designed for comfort and efficiency, using a variety of tools and instructions to assemble sub-assemblies and complete units.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine assembly operations on mechanical and electronic components.
• Work from samples, bills of material, prints, and work instructions.
• Use various hand and power tools to assemble devices into complete units or subassemblies.
• Program transmitters and use laser technology as required.
• Fabricate sub-components using various tools and machines.
• Conduct visual inspection and functional testing during assembly.
• Perform calibration for devices as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory and notify team lead of adjustments or scrap.

Work Environment

Work in a safety-first, climate-controlled, and clean manufacturing facility. Shifts include 1st (6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM) and 2nd (2 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM) with differential pay. Overtime is occasionally mandated and announced in advance. Steel-toed or composite shoes are required, with a voucher provided upon conversion to permanent employment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenwood, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $19.25 / hr.
