Location : West Bend, WI

Salary :

$20.00 to $22.00 per hour

Description :

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

AM Shift : 06 : 30AM to 02 : 30PM | PM Shift : 02 : 30PM to 10 : 30PM | NOC Shift : 10 : 30PM to 06 : 30AM

  • AM Shift : +$2.00 / hour (Saturday & Sunday)

  • NOC Shift : +$4.00 / hour (Monday–Friday) | +$6.00 / hour (Saturday & Sunday)

Job Responsibilities :

As a CNA you will :

  • ???? Be a Cedar Community Champion by fostering a warm, caring atmosphere for residents and team members.
  • ???? Assist with Daily Living Needs including personal hygiene, bathing, oral care, skin and nail care, and hand washing.
  • ???? Help Residents Feel at Home by orienting them to their surroundings and ensuring they feel comfortable and welcomed.
  • ???? Support Nutritional Needs by serving meals and assisting residents with food and fluid intake as needed.
  • ???? Be a Cheerleader & Companion—provide emotional support and encouragement when it’s needed most.
  • ???? Work as a Team Player by assisting wherever needed under the direction of the charge nurse.

    • Qualifications :

    ✅ Active CNA Licensure required.

    ✅ Team Player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

    ✅ Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills to enhance the resident experience.

    ✅ Genuine Desire to Serve and positively impact the lives of residents.
