Responsibilities

The typical day is dynamic and you may act as greeter, runner, cashier, answer phones, understand and execute operational policies, pack / unpack shipments, and organize the stock room to support product flow and smooth store operations. You will work with a team of professionals who share a passion for excellence.

To Land This Role

• One-to-two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment; stock-related experience is a plus
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that may include overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts
• Occasional overnight travel may be required
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation range for this position is USD 17.00 - 20.00 per hour. The offer will be based on relevant experience and work location. We offer a generous set of benefits to support health, financial security and wellness for all Tory Burch members who work over 30 hours.
