Core responsibilities

• Act as SME for Application and database configuration, patching, and EOL events, setting Line of Business (LOB) standards adhering to enterprise guidelines to efficiently guide application teams in remediation efforts.
• Conduct research and provide analysis to identify and address data quality issues as needed.
• Provide direction and oversight to ensure consistent hygiene practices across platforms and environments.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal team operations, ensuring clarity and repeatability.
• Proofread and validate team-generated documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with governance protocols.
• Partner with asset class owners (ACOs) across the enterprise to align on vulnerability, hygiene, and EOL strategies.
• Collaborate with governance teams to ensure adoption of latest security and lifecycle management practices.
