Prepare and submit U.S. customs documentation for importers

Collaborate with customers and provide updates on customs-related issues

Manage air and ocean import shipments, ensuring timely entry processing

Classify commodities and ensure compliance with customs regulations

File ISFs and monitor for bill matches

Arrange timely delivery of goods and coordinate with carriers

What You'll Need :

2-3 years of experience in customs brokerage or a related field

Strong knowledge of commodity classification and incoterms

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Drive

Exceptional customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
