About this role :

As an Advanced Practice Provider in Palliative Medicine y ou will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.? In this role you will practice Palliative Medicine alongside stable and collegial team of 2 Physicians, 4 other APPs, 1 Chaplain, 1 LCSW, and 1 RN.

You will practice at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, UT

Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm

No night, weekends or holidays

Opportunities for extra income via TeleHealth during off hours

This position includes up to a $7,500 ?in relocation assistance

What youll bring :

APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program

1-2 years of experience in specialty medicine, palliative care preferred

Only new grads with training in palliative medicine will be considered

Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one

Ability to successfully com plete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
