We’re looking for a Airport Customer Service Rep to adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, maintain accurate records and documentation, and coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met. Other duties include work collaboratively across teams and departments, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, assist with processing returns and exchanges, along with follow safety procedures and company policies, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, provide excellent service to customers and team members, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
