Position Details :

Durations : 12 Months with performance review every 3 months (++Possibility of Extension)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and scientifically literate Medical Claims Fact Checker to ensure accuracy and compliance of medical and promotional materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in medical research, the ability to interpret complex scientific data, and experience validating claims against credible published sources. This role requires precision, efficiency, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Review and fact-check medical and scientific claims in promotional materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency with referenced sources.
  • Research, analyze, and interpret medical and scientific data to validate content accuracy.
  • Annotate materials using Adobe Acrobat and prepare documentation to support claims verification.
  • Collaborate closely with medical, regulatory, legal, and creative teams to ensure all materials meet internal and external compliance standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing quality and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

    • Qualifications :

  • Experience fact-checking medical claims against published and credible scientific sources.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with proven ability to interpret complex medical or scientific data.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat annotation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) preferably in a medical, biological, or chemical science field or equivalent experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

    • Preferred :

  • Experience in pharmaceutical advertising or marketing review environments.
  • Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats and / or OPDP submission processes.
  • background or strong working knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Experience with medical copyediting or regulatory content review.
