As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Center Direct-to-Chip Liquid Cooling Subject Matter Expert to join our team and help us “ Lead the AI Data Center Evolution ”.

Salary : $150-180k / yr + 10% annual bonus

This is a remote position located in Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL. (Some travel required)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Data Center Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in Direct-to-Chip Liquid Cooling. This role is ideal for a mechanical engineer with deep expertise in advanced cooling technologies, chemistry management (specifically PG-25), leak detection and remediation, and the creation of critical operating procedures. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical proven leader, a mentor, and a customer-facing expert, eager to become a thought leader in AI-driven data center cooling solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Optimize the reliability and performance of direct-to-chip liquid cooling systems in data center environments, Capture and maintain industry best practices.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs), and Maintenance Operating Procedures (MOPs) for liquid cooling systems1.
• Coordinate with field leaders and Mechanical SMEs / Chief Engineers to understand root cause analysis (RCA) for system events, faults, and issues, particularly relating to leak detection and remediation and update best practices and operational models.
• Define best practices for management and monitor of chemistry (PG-25 coolant), ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
• Mentor and train facilities and commissioning engineers, delivering both field and classroom instruction on liquid cooling fundamentals and best practices.
• Serve as a customer-facing technical expert, delivering presentations, leading site visits, and supporting solution planning and development.
• Foster a strong team culture, encouraging collaboration and continuous learning.
• Travel to customer sites and prospects for planning, development, troubleshooting, and presentations as required.
