Onsite Construction Cost / Contracts Manager for the Lilly Project
As a Construction Cost Manager, you will lead negotiations with general contractors, architecture and engineering firms, subcontractors, and suppliers. You will ensure a thorough review and approval of all technical, financial, and legal components of contracts, coordinating the delivery, installation, and integration of capital equipment. Your role will include monitoring vendor performance, ensuring alignment with EPCM, and regulatory compliance.

Work Environment
You will work onsite in a professionally set up construction trailer, with a standard 40-hour work week. A laptop will be provided. You will be part of a team consisting of 5-10 people, collaborating on a landmark project that combines research and manufacturing at the first-of-its-kind site in the U.S. The project offers exposure to advanced technologies and infrastructure development, contributing to Indiana's LEAP Innovation District.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00 / hr.
