BECOMING OUR HVAC LEAD INSTALLER

As our HVAC Lead Installer, you'll earn industry-leading pay + spiffs and commissions, around $60,000 - $90,000 per year , depending on your skills and experience. We also offer a fantastic benefits package :

• A $5,000 sign-on bonus for employees with two or more years of trade experience

DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB

Your work week will typically be Monday through Friday, 7 : 30 am - 5 pm, with occasional overtime opportunities, and no on-call !

As a key figure on the job site, you'll train your assistant installer, address customer inquiries, and oversee equipment functionality. You'll install various units like furnaces and A / C systems while maintaining a collaborative approach. Focused on a long-term career, you'll receive guidance from approachable leadership, navigating your tasks with purpose and precision.
