To succeed in this role, they must possess excellent customer service and driving skills, have a valid driver's license (no CDL required), pass the DOT physical, and maintain the legal right to work in the U.S. Drivers are also expected to adhere to professional appearance guidelines and wear provided uniforms.

Full-time casual package delivery drivers typically work eight to ten hours per day with varying schedules dependent on business needs.
