Application Support Analyst

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst specializing in the Freshworks ITSM platform.

Key Responsibilities

Provide platform-level support and administration of the Freshworks ITSM environment

Document business requirements and configure workflows, forms, and automation within the platform

Collaborate with stakeholders to test and validate enhancements, and create dashboards for ITSM performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

3-5 years of experience in IT support, ITSM administration, or application / platform support

Hands-on experience with Freshworks or similar ITSM platforms required

Experience with workflow design, automation, and platform integrations strongly preferred

Exposure to ITIL practices and service catalog design is a plus
