Physician-Hospice / Palliative Care

In affiliation with the University of Arizona, Banner-University Medical Center Phoenix is seeking an experienced Hospice & Palliative Medicine Physician . Mentoring and resources are available for developing an academic career. The qualified candidate will receive a faculty appointment consistent with their credentials and will have opportunity to grow Hospice & Palliative Care within the community and teach students, residents, and fellows from the University of Arizona.

Position Highlights :

• Deliver excellent patient-centered hospice and palliative care within the clinical setting, demonstrating sound knowledge of medical specialty.
• Exercise didactic and clinical teaching for care staff, residents, fellows, and medical students
• Research Involvement that contributes to the cure or management of diseases while advancing designated educational programs
• Active participation in systemwide Palliative Care, Geriatrics, and Integrative Medicine Clinical Consensus Groups

Work Schedule : Monday-Friday | Some Weekend Call Coverage
