An opportunity to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to impact patient functional improvements and achieve goals for functional independence. The Inpatient Rehab Nurse will be responsible for providing care to patients in a 35-bed unit with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 5-7 : 1.
