Required Skills & Qualifications
- Expertise in either the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
- Strong project or product management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to actively listen and engage with others.
- High initiative and drive with a strong sense of ownership over deliverables and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to motivate and influence others.
- Ability to identify, document, and escalate issues, risks, or gaps effectively.
- Experience in the banking sector.
- Contact center experience.
- Technical background with Agile training.
- Collaborate with senior product managers and product owners to facilitate large meetings and create comprehensive documentation.
- Attend or lead meetings, manage status documentation for the program, and communicate effectively with executive leadership.
- Facilitate conversations between Lines of Business (LOBs) and technical teams.
- Interface with compliance, risk, and legal teams to ensure alignment and adherence to regulations.
