As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you'll develop and grow your own practice, supported by branch associates, a home-office team and other regional financial advisors. You'll benefit from the experience that comes from over 100 years of history. Key responsibilities include :

Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), disability income continuation, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Income continuation, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to financial advisors. Edward Jones offers a 401k retirement plan, and tax-advantaged accounts : health savings account and flexible spending account. Financial advisors enjoy flexibility in their schedule and, where required by applicable law, are eligible for paid sick leave and paid time off. Financial advisors may be eligible for bonuses; profit sharing; paid medical and parental leave for Financial Advisors that satisfy eligibility requirements; and participation in the firm's Travel Award Program. All associates are eligible for the firm's Employee Assistance Program.
