About the role Our client is seeking a plug-and-play Outside Sales Representative with strong experience in the multifamily housing and property management sector. This individual will focus on selling a full range of interior products, including faucets, boilers, water heaters, cabinetry, and other multi-housing products. The ideal candidate will already have a solid customer base and proven success in working with property managers, contractors, and apartment complexes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, contractors, and vendors, ensuring satisfaction with products and services from order to delivery.
• Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities to expand the current customer base, targeting multifamily and property management accounts.
• Provide product quotations, resolve customer issues, and deliver excellent service throughout the sales process.
• Analyze competition within the territory, develop sales strategies, and communicate plans to management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, trends, and industry best practices to effectively represent the company in the field.
• Document all sales activities, pipeline updates, and results in CRM (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and delivery to customers.
