Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and business goals
Identify top talent by engaging passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience
Technical recruiting experience is essential
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Communications, Human Resources, or Psychology
Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
