An established commercial construction company is seeking an Estimator / Senior Estimator to join their team in Fort Collins, CO . This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong estimating experience and a solid understanding of the local construction market.

What You'll Do :

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects from conceptual design through hard bid.
  • Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely bid preparation.
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor quotes to determine scope and pricing.
  • Maintain knowledge of local subcontractor markets, pricing trends, and material costs.

What We're Looking For :

  • 3–5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience (Senior-level candidates welcome).
  • Field experience in construction preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote) and on-screen take-off software (Bluebeam or similar).
  • Experience sourcing projects from public and private bid sites.
