Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with and lead the team adhering to our core values.
- Deliver exceptional service to patients adhering to our core values.
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and formulate treatment plans.
- Execute high-quality diagnostic and treatment procedures, ensuring top-tier dental care.
- Maintain accurate records of patients' oral health histories and treatment progress.
- Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to provide efficient treatment.
- Stay updated with advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance treatment quality and clinic efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with patients, explaining the benefits and risks of treatments in a manner that empowers them to make informed decisions.
- Manage a variety of cosmetic, preventive, and restorative dental procedures.
- Ensure strict compliance with state, federal, and dental board protocols and regulations.
- Foster an environment that supports patient comfort and safety during treatments.
- Engage in community outreach and educational programs to promote oral health within the community.
Requirements
Holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree.Possesses a valid state dental license and meets local regulatory requirements.At least one year of dental practice experience.Demonstrates expertise in various dental treatment procedures.Effective at building patient relationships and delivering patient-centric dental care.Proficient with modern dental technology and willing to embrace new tools and techniques.Exhibits leadership qualities and a capacity for working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.Has excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex dental concepts to a non-technical audience.Shows a commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.Displays high ethical standards and maintains patient confidentiality at all times.
