We fix that. Our cloud-based platform replaces legacy systems with simple, integrated software built specifically for small governments. We serve thousands of communities nationwide, streamlining operations, improving service delivery, and making day-to-day work more manageable.
Were consolidating several acquired products into one platform and guiding our clients through this transition. Its complex, important work and we need a leader who can execute at a high level to help drive that transformation.
The Role :
As anImplementation Specialist, youll be the primary guide for clients adopting gWorks software. From project kickoff to go-live and seamless handoff to Client Success, youll combine technical expertise with strong client relationship skills to ensure every onboarding experience is smooth, impactful, and sets clients up for long-term success.
This is a great role for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, has strong organizational and technical skills, and is passionate about helping others unlock value from technology.
How Youll Make an Impact :
Guide clients through adoption of gWorks software modules including Utility Billing, Accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, Payroll, Mapping, and Citizen Engagement.
Act as the trusted partner for clients during onboarding, providing clarity, continuity, and expertise from kickoff through handoff.
Configure software to align with gWorks best practices and the clients policies, ensuring accurate setup and smooth workflows.
Provide hands-on training and coaching to help clients adopt product features, maximize utilization, and see value quickly.
Monitor onboarding project progress, gather client feedback, and analyze data to measure success, identify risks, and improve processes.
Partner with Product, Client Success, and Support teams to share insights, resolve issues, and contribute to ongoing software and process improvements.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation throughout onboarding to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
