Responsibilities :
- Purchase Agreement File Processing :
Process the entire purchase file from initiation to close.
Review title binder and ensure requirements are met prior to closing.Resolve basic title issues and collaborate with Supervising Attorney on more complex legal matters.Work with agents and seller settlement companies to acquire necessary documents and approve the final settlement statement.Coordinate receipt of seller documents before closing.Schedule and coordinate closing with the buyer and selling agent.Export files and prepare checks for post-closing.Listing File Processing :Handle the entire seller file from initiation to close.
Work with agents and buyer settlement companies to gather documents and finalize the settlement statement.Draft seller documents and Deed.Coordinate and perform the closing with the seller as needed.Notarize documents.Send documents to the buyer settlement company for closing.Skills and Attributes :Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, adaptability, team-player mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement.Strong motivation, with excellent time management and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.High interpersonal skill and tact to maintain effective working relationships.Qualifications :
Preferred 2+ years of experience in a real estate closing environment, processing files (law firm or title company in Virginia or North Carolina).Experience with Qualia is highly desired.Other customer service and retail experience is favorable.Hanger Law thanks all applicants for their interest.
