Warehouse Operator

Job Summary :

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and products in a safe and efficient manner. This role supports warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring product quality, and contributing to a clean and organized work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment.

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to specifications.

Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments.

Store materials in designated areas and maintain proper inventory levels.

Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all company safety procedures.

Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED required.

Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred.

Ability to operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (certification preferred).

Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems a plus.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and reliability.
