Construction Assistant Superintendent

Support the Superintendent in managing all on-site construction activities from site mobilization through project completion.
Oversee daily field operations, including coordination of trades, scheduling, and safety enforcement.
Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor subcontractor performance and assist in resolving field issues proactively.
Maintain accurate daily logs, site reports, and progress documentation.
Assist with project inspections, punch lists, and close-out activities.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration on site.

The Successful Candidate :
3-7 years of field experience in multifamily construction, with a focus on ground-up wood-frame projects.
Strong understanding of building systems, sequencing, and construction documentation.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with field teams, subcontractors, and management.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Proactive problem solver with a strong work ethic and desire to advance into a Superintendent role.
