Wage : $19.65 per hour (this wage includes an enhanced rate specific to employees working directly at the Complex Needs Program) Full Range Scale : $19.65 - $21.90
Hours / Shift / Schedule Requirements :
- MUST BE FLEXIBLE - unable to adjust schedules based on applicant's current employment
- Full-Time and Part-time schedules available

Planning outings and activities. Personal care and hygiene tasksMonitor health needs, including medications, special diets, and notify supervisor of any outstanding needs.Home care, shopping, and meal preparationSetting goals and learning new skills and hobbiesAssist in developing positive behavior supports by providing feedback about individual's preferencesParticipate in the formulation and implementation of individual treatment plans including data collection, report-writing participation in treatment team meeting and carrying out treatment team recommendationsProvide Lift and Transfer assistance (may include non-ambulatory individuals) requiring ability to carry and maneuver up to 50 or more pounds of unbalanced weightBuilding healthy habits and relationshipsSupporting positive behavior and boundariesMaintaining well-being and safety by following plans and reporting guidelinesQualifications
6 months of experience working with people who have developmental disabilitiesExperience using de-escalation techniques (preferred)Willing to be actively engaged and creative with ideas for outings and engagement in the homeExperience working as RBT or paraeducator (preferred)Excellent written and verbal English language skills18+ years or olderPreferred NAR, HCA, Nurse Delegation, CNA, NACAdditional Information
