job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide outstanding customer service to clients by responding to inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues. Educate clients on coverage options and identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell policies. Generate new business through referrals, leads, and outbound follow-up. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Ensure compliance with state insurance regulations and company policies. Active Property / Casualty insurance license (Life / Health license a plus) Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance customer service and / or sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in insurance management software and Microsoft Office Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated Competitive base salary plus commission / bonus opportunities Paid time off and holidays Continuing education and licensing support A supportive, team-oriented work environment
