Media Planner Job at Valid8 Financial, Inc. in El Segundo

Overview We’re looking for an outstanding Media Planner to join our rapidly growing team of 25+ media pros, where you’ll help shape the strategy and execution of campaigns for one of America’s most iconic 100+ year-old national brands. As part of a dedicated 6+ person team, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing media placements across both traditional and digital channels, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles (with in-office presence required two days per week).

Key Responsibilities Facilitating day to day client media requests

Maintaining budget reports and flowcharts

Working alongside buyers to traffic campaign assets and manage vendor workflow

Partnering with the Digital Campaign Specialist to analyze campaign results and recommend adjustments

Take part in day to day client communications

Coordinate with external partners and internal departments

Contribute to the overall well being of our accounts and happiness of our clients

Qualifications 3+ years media department experience

Understanding of both the traditional and digital media process

Strong Excel and PowerPoint and Google Docs skills

“Owning it,” which means gracefully solving whatever problems or challenges present themselves without having to be asked

Detail oriented

Ability to work well independently and with team members

Positive attitude and team player

Ability to deliver on deadlines

A natural affinity for research, numbers, and analysis (a numbers person)

US citizen or legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Sponsorship is not offered
