  • Role : Polymer Compounding and Surface Application Specialist
  • Location : Union Grove, WI
  • Schedule : Sunday–Thursday, 10 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM ( paid lunch )
  • Training Requirement : Must train on 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM)
  • Openings : 2 (Immediate start)
  • Pay : $20.00–$23.75 / hr + 4.0% shift premium

What You’ll Do

  • Compound and blend rubber / polymer materials per specifications.
  • Apply coatings and finishes to industrial rolls with tight tolerances.
  • Use micrometers and calipers for accurate measurements and QC checks.
  • Read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and keep production on track.
  • Set and achieve incentive-based production rates.
  • Log production data with basic computer tools and communicate clearly with the team.
  • What You’ll Bring

  • 1+ year of manufacturing experience
  • Strong shop math and mechanical aptitude
  • Blueprint familiarity (preferred)
  • Precision measurement experience with micrometers and calipers (preferred)
  • Equipment troubleshooting capability
  • Experience in compounding / blending environments
  • Excellent communication and basic computer skills
  • Background in a manufacturing setting
