As a Business Continuity / Resilience Risk Manager within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Phoenix, AZ, Birmingham, AL, or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location.

As an Enterprise Resilience Risk Leader, you will be responsible for performing ongoing risk assessments to inform resilience strategy and monitor impacts to established risk tolerances. Risk identification is enabled through various activities including :

• The enterprise risk assessment, gaps, concentrations of unmitigated risk & quality concerns, inadequate resilience strategies (e.g., AWA gaps)
• Third party assessment, source code escrow, & ongoing monitoring activities
• Change Initiative engagement & monitoring activities
• Quality control monitoring BR and Ops Res Lifecycles
• Crisis / Event Management Metrics

As an Enterprise Resilience Risk Leader, you will work closely across the Business Resilience and Enterprise Event Management teams, in the assessment of resiliency risks across the Enterprise and drive the appropriate actions and strategies.

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. Base Salary : $80,000.00 $189,800.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and / or individual performance.

Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 10 / 06 / 2025, although it may be longer with business discretion.
