About the Role :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Engineering Project Manager to support a fast-paced, cross-functional engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with a STEM background who thrives in data-driven environments and enjoys solving complex problems with minimal supervision.
You’ll play a critical role in supporting a large project which is a time-sensitive initiative with high visibility. This position blends elements of project management, data analytics, and technical documentation , and offers room to grow into broader responsibilities depending on your background and performance.
Immediate Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with engineers to collect and analyze production and algorithm performance data
- Help establish and maintain a data labeling process to improve system accuracy
- Investigate algorithmic inconsistencies across production lines and report findings
- Identify defects in procedures and propose actionable solutions
