Your Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist, your role will include :

• Evaluating patients with physical, psycho-social, and cognitive impairments to determine how occupational therapy can enhance their quality of life.
• Planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team to restore or maintain well-being.
• Documenting care provided and coordinating with other care team members to ensure comprehensive support.
• Educating and training patient caregivers and families to empower them in the care process.
• Supervising Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants and Aides, ensuring care aligns with patient needs.
