Work Schedule : Full-time employees can expect to work 40 hours per week during the Company's high season. Overtime may be required during the peak processing season.
Essential Function : Ensure quick and efficient extraction of lobster meat while adhering to all HACCP, SOP, and GMP guidelines.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Extract lobster meat from claws and knuckles.
- Ensure all product is extracted as cleanly as possible, without cartilage or shells.
- Report any safety or maintenance issues to the supervisor as needed.
- Consistently follow food safety, SOP, and GMP guidelines at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
