Jot Title : Financial Coordinator 1 ~Dental Billing Specialist

Reports To : Company Owners

FLSA Status : Non-exempt

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :

• Work independently onsite in office at Sioux Falls, SD
• Self Starter
• Travel occasionally
• Be a problem solver / find solutions and direct staff members in how to improve or resolve those areas
• Have strong attention to detail
• Experienced in Dentrix Ascend and / or Dental Billing

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. MUST HAVE Knowledge, experience and understanding of the dental billing process!

2. Dentrix Ascend knowledge (preferred).

3. Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including, letters, memos and emails.

5. Excellent attention to detail.

6. Ability to research and analyze data.

7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

8. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with providers, management, staff, and contacts outside the organization.

9. Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access) and internet resources.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay Rate : $19.00 - $24.00 / hourly depending on credentials / level of experience
