Your Role as an LPN / LVN :

Direct Patient Care : Administer medications, assist with daily activities, monitor vitals, and provide wound care.

Medication Administration : Ensure timely and accurate delivery of medications.

Collaborative Teamwork : Work alongside RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to create the best patient outcomes.

Record-Keeping : Accurately document patient care in compliance with HIPAA.

What You’ll Bring :

Education & Licensure : Active LPN / LVN license in Nevada and completion of an accredited program.

Experience : At least 2 years of clinical experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar settings.

Certifications : NV IV Certified and current CPR certification.

Physical Ability : Capacity to assist with patient mobility, lift up to 30 lbs, and move medical equipment.
