SeamonWhiteside is in search of an ambitious and talented professional to serve as a Construction Administration Representative in our growing Greenville, SC and Spartanburg, SC office’s.
The Construction Administration Representative will focus on providing field and administrative support for the construction administration team for civil site projects that include single family and multi-family residential development, commercial development, and institutional projects.

Requirements :
- Education : Associate Degree or 0-4 years experience and / or combination of education and experience.
- Experience : 0-6 years’ experience
Key Responsibilities :
Attend Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) pre-construction meetings and site visits with senior CA employeesPrepare SWPPP notebooksPerform weekly SWPPP inspections including preparation of reportsUnderstand SWPPP plans and answer field related questionsAssist construction administration team in problem solving and troubleshooting issues arising in the fieldOversee installation, testing and inspections of site infrastructure systems and prepare field and testing reportsReview sewer and drainage videos and report findings to CA teamSW+ file management and project organizationCoordinate directly with Clients and Contractors on project requirements, expectations, deliverables, agency regulations, scheduling and project deadlinesCoordinate with Owner and Contractor installation schedule of dry utilitiesAssist Project Managers in the review of site work bids from Contractors related to civil design projectsAttend Project Coordination meetings with Clients, team members, government agencies, and ContractorsFully process Contractor’s applicationsDesired Skills :
Certified Erosion Professional and Sediment Control (CEPSC) certificationBasic AutoCAD drafting skills to the extent of making simple civil detailsBasic knowledge and understanding of civil engineering design plansAbility to understand SWPPP plans and answer field related questionsAbility to complete project related tasks in a timely mannerUnderstanding of project and construction scheduling, project budgets and project deliverablesBasic knowledge and understanding of project proposals (scope of work, permitting process, project budget, and project schedule)Coordinate directly with Clients and Contractors on project requirements, expectations, deliverables, agency regulations, scheduling and project deadlinesAbility to coordinate with outside consultants involved in the project (Surveyors, Traffic Consultants, Architects, Geotechnical Engineers, MEP Engineers, Wetland Consultants, Arborist, etc.)Knowledge of necessary permitting processes for projects across multiple different jurisdictionsAbility to develop skills related to client contact and effective business developmentUnderstanding of project technical specificationsBasic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applicationsExcellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsPositive attitude and strong work ethicExcellent problem solving and critical thinking skillsExcellent interpersonal skills - ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levelsAbility to be both creative and analyticalPositive, solution-oriented attitudeDetail-oriented and accurateAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to manage multiple project tasks in a timely mannerAbility to mentor fellow team membersInvolvement in companywide strategic initiates and committeesSW+ Benefits
