Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner, located in Newark, NJ. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for conducting preventive exams, managing chronic conditions, and providing advanced treatments. Day-to-day tasks include patient consultations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medication, and developing comprehensive treatment plans. The role also involves offering patient education, coordinating care, and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills, including patient consultations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and prescribing medication
• Experience in preventive care and managing chronic conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to patient needs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in coordinating care and collaborating with healthcare providers
• Master’s degree in Nursing and Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in NJ
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus
