Description
Data Entry position with a primary focus on bookkeeping.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Post all bills and expenses in QBO and other Software.Maintain Vendor and Subcontractor documentation.Office Supply Orders.Other tasks as assigned.Requirements / Necessary Experience and Skill Set
A minimum of two years of business experience preferred.Working knowledge of current business software technologies.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to learn new software.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times.Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailSelf-motivated and goal oriented.Ability to multi-task.Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.Formal Education / Training
High school diploma / GED
