Digital Marketing Specialist - Rack Email & App Push

The Digital Marketing Specialist - Rack Email & App Push role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of email and mobile messaging campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, audience accuracy, and creative alignment. This role works directly within platforms to deliver send requirements, QA content, and support personalization logic across both email and app push channels. The Specialist partners with creative, merchandising, and analytics teams to support campaign setup and drive high-quality customer experiences. This role is ideal for a digital marketer looking to build expertise in owned-channel platforms and grow within lifecycle marketing.

A day in the life...

  • Build and schedule email and app push campaigns within marketing platforms, ensuring proper segmentation, timing, and setup
  • QA all campaign assets including subject lines, images, copy, and dynamic content to ensure flawless customer experiences
  • Support audience logic and targeting decisions using CRM segmentation and test lists
  • Monitor campaign performance (delivery, opens, clicks) and assist in compiling standard reporting
  • Coordinate with creative and merchandising partners to ensure timely asset delivery and alignment to calendars
  • Manage tracking parameters, URL tagging, and A / B testing setup - including content, dynamic elements, and delivery time
  • Maintain campaign calendars and contribute to documentation of processes, best practices, and QA checklists

You own this if you have...

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in email or mobile messaging campaign execution
  • Working knowledge of ESPs, CRM systems, or mobile messaging tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, Adobe)
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting timelines and cross-functional teams

    Pay range details : The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

    Washington : $59,500-$110,500 annually This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives / bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical / vision / dental / life / disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
