    • RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE SENIOR SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

  • Lead the assurance that application of internal controls is effectively in place and performing as planned by analyzing key performance indicators, policy updates, and exception processes
  • Lead daily monitoring of application financial transactions, controls and exception processes, including PO and invoice discrepancy approval chain monitoring, application failures for outbound PO and inbound invoice failures, and data integration failures
  • Lead data preparation and mass upload for new implementations as well as ongoing change management
  • Lead planning process for all application releases, including project plan and resource plan
  • Manage application release process by interpreting application release notes, reviewing with cross-functional team and documenting approach and use case testing
  • Provide updates to Governance Committee and approval for implementation
  • Interact with members of senior management as needed

    • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

  • 7-10 years of experience in a relevant functional area or commensurate role
  • Advanced source to pay for analytical and business process knowledge
  • Experience with master data management, application configuration, new application process design, application enhancements, and application integrations
